As our services are provided strictly by appointment, our cleaning teams are allocated and assigned based on confirmed bookings. Last-minute cancellations result in significant loss of time and income for our staff, as well as disruptions to our operational scheduling.

The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. Please note that the deposit may be subject to forfeiture in the event of a last-minute cancellation, in accordance with our company policies.
